But if it has no mapping you couldnt trigger the question???

Ok, take the address question out of this rule;
it’s already gone 
Create a new rule for entity selected.
Add a constraint of entity type name equals customers or whichever entity your using.
Put the delivery address question in there with a action constraint of '{TICKET TAG:tagNameGoesHere}' == 'Delivery' Havent seen your update tag action so dont know your tag name but replace tagNameGoesHere with your tag name

Ok so entity selected happens before ticket created… one sec, let me think…
@emre this order seems odd to me since dont you need a ticket to have an entity selected?

I think you’re looking for “entity selected for ticket” rule.
lol was it “ticket entity updated”? let me check.

Hold on… if there is a ticket tag constraint on the action how can it fire as you have not tagged the ticket yet…
Do you have the address question in another rule somewhere?
Also can you show the entity selected rule with constraint for ticket tag?

but it gave me addresses in both answers I mean and on Dine In and to Delivery
