Ticket log issue

Hello there

I have followed this tutorial to enable logging.

It works find when a ticket is printed more than once, but for cancellation doesn’t work

Under log nothign shows up







When i cancel an item it shows on top that it has been canceled but nothing on the actual log

im lost, help please

You have no log category?
The tutorial shows it carried from action to rule with [:Category] but no category option in or log action for canceled?

I have the one for canceled


That action isnt the one you have in your rule though???

Action is called ‘add ticket log’
Action in the rule is called ‘Toggle order logging’


Thats not what I meant.

Your order canceled rule has the toggle order logging action, should it not have the add ticket log action?

Your missing the category.
Also think you need a second action to disable logging (toggle OFF)
