fine i want when i sell any product from any terminal it decrements instantly in db of the other terminals
and hence at anytime i can look from any terminal how many sold by the total of all terminals
and does this requires more than 1 license? or just 1 license for all terminals?
Ok so it already does that. You must be looking at wrong tables. Also you can just use reports for that. Only 1 license is required for multiple unlimited terminals.

The item sales report will show that data.

The other terminals do not have their own database. It’s one single database that your main terminal has. So each terminal is updating the one database constantly. It doesn’t wait until work period ends. There may be some tables that update on work period end but those are not related to sales.
If you showed us the query you used we can understand what data you were looking at.
