What are all the Enabled State and Visible State options when mapping Automation Commands?

I don’t think * is the same as “All” or “Any”.

I have seen:

*
GStatus=
Gift
GStatus=Gift,Submitted
GStatus=,GStatus=Gift
New
Void
Locked
Paid
New Orders,Unpaid,IsClosed
New,New Orders,Unpaid,Locked,IsClosed
and even blank:
(i.e. (blank) … the State is empty/cleared/undefined)

Because you have states that also relate to a fully settled ticket (isClosed, etc), * is good for states of an open ticket, but when you need to deal with isClosed tickets too, leaving the state blank works better instead of *,isClosed
