Some tips. If your not getting an answer perhaps your question is not clear or your asking something thatâs been answered a million times ready and a simple forum search would help find the answer.

You can create any button you want on that screen.

Are you trying to logout an admin? If so in your action set that to True
No, i donât think so. any user can log out
I mean when you tested the button. Weâre you an admin? It wouldnât work if you were. You have logout admin not set in the action.

can you please help me with one thing. So, the screen i have sent you in which 4 tickets need to be closed if want to close the work period but if i press that button, i used to be directed to those tickets but now its not working.

I canât help you. You have not posted any screenshots or tried to help us understand what might be happening. We have no idea how that button was setup.
If you can do that then we can try to help.
Keep showing us the setup. Likely you messed up the rule or command somehow
