Help me plz! how to fix ordering of coffe when i have to choice more than 1 kind for an item?

HELLO!
HOW CAN I FIX WHEN I CHOOSE FOR NEW ORDER .
I HAVE IT LIKE THIS.
{BEVERAGE} THEN —> {COFFE}—> THEN THE KIND OF COFFES {FREDDO}—>THEN
I HAVE ALOT OF CHOICE LIKE {TAKE AWAY} {SALON} {SUGAR} {SWEETY} {MEDIUM} {MILK} ec.
When i choose take away or something else i can’t stay in the window and it takes me back screen.
So i have to select again from the first. if i want to put sugar when i put sugar it takes me again back.
Is there any way when i go to my Beverage menu then Coffe then kind of coffe and last while i choose {take away} sugar or milk ec. i wantto stay in this screen. And Not to take me back again/

Dear all, I have a 2 questions to check if is possible. Can I create a Category name as (Bucket Beer) and price the category at $50. Inside of it will have 10 different type of beers. So I can choose any 5 of bottles beer for $40. Instead of have a category name as Bucket Beer, I can create a product name (Bucket Beer $40) and using modifier to select the up to 5 bottles of beer.
