Here is an alternative method that uses Entity State, and does not require Custom Data for the Customer Entity.

I also chose to remove the Ask Question Action; instead this method uses Automation Command buttons, so there is no unnecessary Prompts.

The other cool thing about this method is that you can Clone a Ticket that has no Customer Entity.

This Tutorial shows how you can store, recall, and clone a previous Ticket. It works from the Ticket Explorer, or in the case of a Customer Entity, it will allow for cloning of that Customer’s last Ticket.
