This is a community forum not a support line, if you want help here I’d suggest posting what you tried and how it wasn’t working as your not going to get someone just show you how to do it.
Alternatively ask for paid support from a reseller in the adds section .

Not following, what exactly are you trying to do? Open the entities last ticket?
FYI Load Ticket is a non visual action, it would be used for background automation.

Recall & Clone (Customer) Last Ticket
