Question: i will use it for VIP Customers that will need to pay next time. the thing is that for this work period its included in the TOTAL INCOME - is there another way to keep this ticket “alive” for next/other work period?
If you really want to keep ticket alive you can do it as we documented here. Simple Reservation Example
Instead of reservation feature you can implement “pay later” button.
However I don’t recommend keeping tickets alive. You won’t be able to get a list of customer balances and tracking multiple tickets from same customer will be hard. Watch the video and close tickets as shown there.
I have lot of VIP customers. is it possible to view all the customers detail or customers sales report.
